  • Monday – Friday 09:00 – 18:30

 

From 9:00 to 11:00 our phone lines and reception are very busy answering appointment queries.
To get help with Non-NHS private work, sick note, referral update / status, prescription, test results, new patient registration, contact us after 11:00. Otherwise, it will take longer than usual to answer your call.
We make every effort to answer calls from our patients as soon as possible. Average wait time is under 10 minutes.
