Registering with a GP Practice
Due to unprecedented numbers of GP registration applications, there is currently a processing time of up to 4 weeks for new patient registrations.
Whilst we work to process these pending registrations, we advise the following:
- If you HAVE already completed a registration form for Colindale Medical Centre, please wait for us to contact you. This may take up to 4 weeks. We appreciate your patience during this time.
- If you HAVE NOT already completed a registration form for Colindale Medical Centre, please register with another local GP practice. Use this link: https://www.nhs.uk/service-search/find-a-gp
Whilst waiting to be registered with a GP practice:
- your local community pharmacy may be able to help you manage minor illnesses
- for anything urgent please dial 111 or attend a local walk-in centre (https://www.nhs.uk/services/clinic/edgware-nhs-walk-in-centre/YDC10)
- for any emergencies please dial 999 or attend a local Emergency Department (https://www.nhs.uk/service-search/find-an-accident-and-emergency-service/)
