Non-NHS Services
Some letters, reports, and forms are not part of NHS care. The GP charges a fee for this work.
Before you request a Non-NHS service, please check:
- You have photo ID (Passport, Driving Licence, or Biometric Residence Permit)
- You can pay the fee by Bank Transfer when we accept your request
- You can wait up to 2-4 weeks for your request to be completed (faster options below)

- Changes to a finished letter may cost extra.
- Requesting for someone else? You must show proof you are allowed to act for them.
